Privacy Policy

Snugly Stitched Studio ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

• Order details you share — your name, WhatsApp/phone number, delivery address, and order preferences (sent by you when you message us to order).
• Anonymous site analytics — we use Vercel Web Analytics, which is cookieless and does not track you across sites or store personal data. It tells us only aggregate page views and which products are popular.

How we use it

• To make, pack, and deliver your order, and to talk to you about it on WhatsApp.
• To improve our products and the website.

What we do NOT do

• We do not sell or rent your details to anyone.
• We do not store card or bank details — payments are handled by your UPI app / the payment provider, not by us.

Sharing

We share only what's necessary with delivery/courier partners (to ship your order) and the payment provider (to collect payment). You can ask us to delete your details any time by messaging us on WhatsApp.

Terms & Conditions

• Every item is handmade to order by hand in Hyderabad. By ordering, you agree to the timelines and policies on this page.
• Prepaid only. We accept UPI and cards. No Cash on Delivery (COD). For large or custom orders we may take an advance (e.g. 50%) before we start making.
• Prices are in INR and may change without notice; the price confirmed on WhatsApp at the time of your order is the price that applies.
• Colours and small details may vary slightly from photos because each piece is handmade (see Disclaimer).
• Designs, photos, and content on this site belong to Snugly Stitched Studio and may not be copied for commercial use.
• We may refuse or cancel an order (with a full refund of anything paid) if it cannot be fulfilled.

Shipping & Delivery

• Making time: most pieces are crafted to order in 3–7 days (custom/large orders can take longer — we'll tell you upfront).
• Delivery: shipped across India, typically 2–6 days after dispatch, via India Post / a courier partner. You'll get a tracking link where available.
• Charges: a small flat shipping fee applies; free shipping on orders over ₹999.
• Please give a complete address with pincode and a reachable phone number. We're not responsible for delays caused by wrong addresses or courier/strike/weather issues outside our control.
• Crochet is light and well-padded, but if a parcel arrives damaged, see Returns & Refunds.

Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

We will repair or replace (or refund) if:

• The item arrives damaged in transit, or
• You received the wrong item, or there is a genuine making defect.

Message us on WhatsApp with a clear photo/video within 48 hours of delivery and we'll sort it out — repair, replacement, or a refund where a fix isn't possible.

Cancellations

• You can cancel for a full refund before we start making your item.
• Once making has begun (especially custom orders), cancellation may not be possible as materials and hours are already invested.

Refund method & time

Approved refunds are made to your original payment method / UPI, usually within 5–7 business days.

Disclaimer

• Handmade variation: each piece is crocheted by hand, so size, colour, and tiny details can vary slightly between items and from the photos. This is the charm of handmade — not a defect.
• Representative images: some product photos on the site are illustrative/representative while we add real studio photos. Your actual handmade item is crafted to match the described design and your chosen colours.
• Not toys-safety certified: amigurumi and small items are decorative/gift pieces. Keep small parts away from infants and pets.
• Care: follow the care note for each item (most are spot-clean only and should be kept dry).
